Sergio Arguelles convinced that this operation consolidates the FINSA name as one of the most important and experienced development companies in Mexico. Today, FINSA manages one of the largest portfolios in Latin America, and operates 25 industrial parks. We have developed more than 10 million m2, with 42 locations, serving more than 1,600 companies that generate 300,000 direct employment sources.
After this capital injection of 5,000 million pesos, we have designed a plan that includes investments in strategic markets with industrial vocation in all of Mexico, with greater emphasis on North, Central and Bajio regions, focusing primarily in the automotive, aerospace , logistics and manufacturing.
